MIMAF

Membership is open to all martial artists.  Membership is the first step to the pathways on offer.  It is open to individuals, schools, and organizations. In addition, a MIMAF Passport is required for validation of all pathways. 

Awards are conferred by the Accreditation Board of the Masters International Martial Arts Institute for both Professionals & non-professionals. All credentials may be checked via the apply page 

Points are granted to outstanding participants of various types of competitions and Masterclasses. These points are added to an overall tally. When the points tally up to the required number, practitioners may apply for a MIMAF Institute Grading

The CPMA program is available for all those seeking to validate current grades as well as for those who wish to pursue higher levels of recognition via an internationally recognised  professional designation.  

Coaching Skills Credential Check. 

The credential that best demonstrates your skills as a professional coach at the top of your game.  All credentials may be checked via the apply page  

Open to Coaches seeking international acclaim. This pathway begins at 7 Dan (or its equivalent) and demonstrates that the standards you follow are at the highest international levels. 

This is an additional Licensing award for those seeking a pathway that grants international recognition in first aid, judging, refereeing, timekeeping, and as an examiner.  An all-in-one award.

For Tournament Directors specialising in all kinds of martial arts competitions. This accreditation pathway  encourages them to develop their skills to the highest levels of Tournament Design. 

Focus is on martial arts theory,  the healing arts and health sciences as they relate to the support they render to practical applications. 

Our most highly regarded pathway. It is open to all practitioners. This Pathway is also an ideal form of ongoing training for practitioners involved in security, the military or law enforcement in addition to those who have previously served or who are still serving. 

This study seeks to focus on a holistic approach to the study and practice of the martial arts. It is inclusive of all the cultural aspects related to the martial arts country of origin. It is a highly immersive area embracing a lifetime of study.

 This pathway offers candidates preparatory recognition in conjunction with other studies to reach the highest levels required for action stunts.  It works closely with the requirements set by various Stunts Schools and Industry bodies. 

 Steeped in the Study of the Way of the Warrior of Feudal Japan.  It covers the arts practised by the Samurai Bugei (jūhappan - 武芸十八般)
